What is the Speed Agility & Quickness Camp?
SAQ is a fun, safe 6 week system of progressive running, conditioning and performance programs and instruction aimed at developing fundamental motor ability to enhance the capability of athletes/individuals to be more skillful at faster speed and greater precision.

The program play an important role in motor, co-ordination, acceleration, balance, agility and reaction development at all ages and levels. After 6 weeks, the team, both individually and collectively, should be faster, more agile and better equipped to cope with skills and comfortable position in a wide varieties of endurance events under pressure such as: speed endurance, strength endurance, reaction speed, perception speed…
At the end of 6 weeks, the group runs a 5K -10k together.

The program will focus on:

  • Stretching/rhythm/drills
  • Increasing your speed
  • Running gate/stride (technique)
  • Endurance
  • Safety/Injury Prevention Balance maintenance and more!

No matter your age, gender or activity, from a week-end runner to an intermediate or advanced level, you can improve to a significant degree and get even faster.
